Ability to Delete Tickets and Conversations in Dashboard.

Right now we are able to mark tickets as read, unread, or important. It would be nice to be able to delete tickets to avoid clutter over time or when there is a test. The same applies for conversations. This, too, can become cluttered so it would be ideal to be able to delete. I see there is a “clear” button under conversation, but it does not appear to do anything at the moment.
